About Givvy
Givvy was built by a Kenyan founder who grew up watching small nonprofits do extraordinary work with almost nothing. Churches feeding hundreds of families. Community groups running schools out of donated rooms. Grassroots NGOs reaching people no big charity ever would.
And almost every one of them was held together by a paper receipt book, a battered laptop, and a WhatsApp group. Donations went un-thanked. Receipts got lost. Funders asked for reports nobody had time to write.
The tools that promised to fix this — Salesforce, Bloomerang, Raiser's Edge — were built for American nonprofits with American budgets. They cost more per month than most of these organisations raised in a year.
Givvy exists to change that. Built in Nairobi, shipped to the world. Designed for the nonprofit that takes mobile money on a Tuesday and a wire transfer from a London donor on a Wednesday. Built for every country, every currency, every payment method.
Our mission: make professional nonprofit tools accessible to every organisation doing good work — no matter where they're based or how big their budget is.
